All students are required to bring a classical guitar for lessons.

If you need to buy one, a suitable second hand classical guitar is a good option.

All students must have their own ‘classical guitar’ for lessons. Sometimes called Spanish guitar, classical guitar has nylon or plastic strings. This is different to an acoustic guitar, which is built differently and has steel strings. For a child of nine years or older a full size classical guitar is recommended.

All students are required to purchase their own copy of a tutor book that I will recommend.

No, all students will be taught how to read music, step-by-step.

Cancellations with sufficient notice (24 hrs minimum) can be rescheduled. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged as normal.

If Sabina needs to cancel a lesson for whatever reason, the lesson will be made up.

All parents are welcome to sit in during their child’s lesson. This is encouraged, because when parents are involved in their child’s musical progress they understand the expectations on the child and can provide better support at home, by helping their child to develop correct practice habits.

Any time during WA school term. If you want to start later in the term but wish to book lessons in a block, it’s possible to book and pay for the remainder of the lessons of the school term and then start a block next term.

Classes are held in my private studios in Churchlands and Kingsley, in Perth, Western Australia.

Pricing

One to one guitar lessons are offered in 30 minutes, 45 minutes and 60 minutes duration and can be paid for on a week by week basis or in discounted packages.
